Who this notice is for

The Elites Only Club private platform is invitation-led. It is used by Family Offices, ultra-high-net-worth individuals, asset owners, advisors, specialists, Strategic Connectors and strategic partners who have been admitted by the Elites Only Club. It is not a public marketplace and it is not open to public registration.

What the Elites Only Club holds

The platform holds participant-supplied information, records created during intake and review, and sourced business research about prospective organisations and asset owners. Public-source research is labelled separately from information confirmed by a participant.

• — Account and organisation records: the identity of the organisation, the people linked to it and their platform access.
• — Participation records: registrations, Demands, assets, relationships, Alignment stages, appointments and intake outcomes, versioned member mandates, internal reviews, agent assignments, Strategic Connector applications, submissions, milestones and fee records.
• — Reference records: labels and references describing documents held elsewhere, together with their classification and review dates.
• — Operational records: an audit trail of actions, internal monitoring observations, internal alerts and recovery integrity records.

What the Elites Only Club deliberately does not hold

Do not submit identity documents, biometric information, payment credentials or raw confidential transaction evidence. Document references are used for those materials; a separate restricted quarantine path exists for permitted file intake. Quarantined files are not available for ordinary member access and require the configured scanning and clearance controls.

• — Identity documents, passports and proofs of address are outside the permitted intake.
• — Biometric information is outside the permitted intake.
• — Payment instruments, card details and banking credentials must not be submitted.
• — Use document references for confidential transaction evidence rather than uploading the underlying material.

Isolation and access

Participant access is scoped to their active organisation memberships through database access policies. Specialists have explicitly authorised review access. Internal Alignment reviews use the network scope confirmed in the member mandate; this does not grant members general access to another organisation’s records.

A small number of Elites Only Club Specialists hold an explicit reviewing role. That role is granted individually, is recorded, and is additionally conditioned on a satisfied second authentication factor for the registers that carry internal assessment.

Human decisions only

Named people make admission, qualification and Alignment decisions. Research agents can gather public-source information and prepare proposals. Member-specific external research requires a completed intake, a member-confirmed and Specialist-approved mandate, and the required internal Alignment review. The member-service research worker receives only the approved anonymised brief and does not send email, WhatsApp messages or introductions. Separate prospect outreach workflows have their own authorisation and controls.

Retention

The operational interface archives superseded records to preserve decision history. Archiving is not deletion and does not itself establish a lawful retention period. Document references can carry retention and review dates. The category-specific retention schedule and procedures for deletion requests still require approval before production admission; no unlimited-retention promise is made here.

Disclosure

The Elites Only Club does not sell information and does not disclose participant information for advertising. Information is accessed by authorised participants and Specialists, and processed by operational providers where required to deliver the service. Disclosure to a counterparty requires the participant’s permission within the applicable Alignment and mandate. An agent research brief must not disclose the private member’s identity.

Service providers

The current implementation uses Lovable-connected hosting and database services, SMTP2GO for transactional email and alerts, and Make for configured agent workflows. Member research uses the approved anonymised brief. A Cloudmersive scanning adapter exists, but its deployment configuration, approved plan and operational evidence must be verified before file clearance. Provider contracts, processing locations and any international-transfer arrangements remain part of the production privacy review; this notice does not assert that every provider processes data only in Europe.

Your rights and how to raise a question

A participant may ask what the Elites Only Club holds about their organisation, ask for a correction, or object to a particular use. Questions and requests can be sent to winston@elitesonlyclub.com and are reviewed by a named person. The operating name and address above were supplied by Elites Only Club. The identification of the responsible legal entity, applicable processing grounds, retention schedule and rights procedure still require confirmation before this draft is approved for production use.

Access

Access is personal, non-transferable and granted by invitation. One identity belongs to one person. Credentials must not be shared, and access ends when the participation relationship ends.

Acceptable use

Participants use the platform to record their own genuine participation.

• — Do not record information you are not entitled to disclose.
• — Do not attempt to reach another organisation's records or to probe isolation controls.
• — Do not extract, copy or redistribute another participant's information.
• — Do not represent yourself as acting for or binding the Elites Only Club.

No advice, no marketplace

The Elites Only Club is not a marketplace and gives no investment, legal or tax advice. Nothing recorded on the platform is an offer, a solicitation or a recommendation. A Strategic Connector acts as an independent introducer and cannot bind the Elites Only Club, negotiate, execute or settle a transaction, or hold client money or assets.

Accuracy

Participants are responsible for the accuracy of what they record. The Elites Only Club marks the provenance of every material record, and information supplied by a participant is never presented as verified by the Elites Only Club unless a named person has verified it.

Availability

The platform is provided as a private operational tool. Where an operational control cannot be proven, the Elites Only Club deliberately holds the dependent function rather than allowing it to proceed unprotected.
